My girlfriend and I bought a new queen size firm mattress here about 5 months ago. The owner was very helpful and gave us an incredible deal. The quality of the mattress, the service we received and the great price made buying a bed a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this store to anyone tired of being messed around by all the big chains.

We have been looking to change our mattress from a few months and have been shopping at shops with good reviews through WOMO. Prestige was one of them. The quality of the Australian made mattress were top quality and we hardly took time to decide what we wanted. Brian was excellent and very helpful. The mattress here was much better than snooze and value for money. I would highly recommend prestige and would go back again when the current mattress is up for a change. Overall a very good experience. Thanks to Prestige.

Wow, outstanding customer service and feel very disappointed we paid only 3 years ago $2500 for a very bad Captain Snooze bed and when we complained we were fobbed off. Why didn't we discover Prestige earlier. Highly recommend for service, price and quality. They know all there is to know about beds!

I was looking to replace the bedframe only in my bedroom suite and found a very affordable option at Prestige. The salesman Alan was a great help on explaining various beds and matresses and the delivery was within 2 days of order. They also installed the bed for me and took away the boxes which was a bonus and greatly appreciated.

I purchased a dble bed medium eco green mattress which was on sale. The dble bed mattress wasnt in stock so it was going to be a week before delivery.When it arrived it was incorrect mattress (ordered medium but rec'd soft)I decided to stick with soft and was offered 2 free pillows for inconvenience. I slept on it one night and realised BIG mistake. I spoke with Trent the next day and he was quick to sort it out with his manager. The delivery guy named Paul was back the very same day with the correct mattress and a new set of sheets! I was very impressed with all staff and their down to earth friendly service.
