I went here for the first time today. The woman who served me was so rude when I dropped off the jacket which I wanted to wear to my mothers funeral tomorrow. I rang as I was running late to pick up and I got there at 6:03pm. I rang 3 times to update them on how I was traveling as it meant a lot to my mother for me to wear this jacket. The woman was so rude to me as I was late. I had phoned 3 times to tell them as I know they were waiting for me, but I was 3 minutes late. When I got out of the store I just burst into tears. Horrible experience and I will he telling everyone I know not to go to this dry cleaners.

Service is on the good side of ordinary, but over the many years I've been using them there is a slight tinge that you the customer are doing them a favour, smiles are never in abundance. Value; they are not the cheapest, however by a country mile they are the best. After many years of using them I took six or seven pairs of trousers to a local well known chain which had just opened locally in Prospect. Upon picking them up I was totally dissatisfied with the ironing and took them to Prestige, paid a second time to get the job done properly, and have never been tempted to use other than Prestige since. You get what you pay for, not that the chain were any cheaper if a remember correctly.

I had to get a coat dry cleaned. It was a very precious item and I did not trust anyone with it. However, Prestige got all stains removed and did not damage the item. You know you are getting good quality with them and they return the item within a few days.

Approximate cost: $10 per item

My partner needed his suit dry cleaned for a wedding two days later- plus he needed the suit back for work. I was very pleased that all of the dry cleaning is done on site and that it was no problem that I needed it back that afternoon. The suit looked immaculate and the price was cheaper than other dry cleaners.
