Design and pre sales were very slick and accommodating. Once we signed up that was the end of the good service. The kitchen was never completed to our satisfaction, chips in the benchtops, the subcontractor was the worst experience I have had in more then 30 years in the building industry.
The cabinetry is not installed square to the floor boards and the wrong height leaving gaps under the end panels that they filled with silicon that looks very amateur. All cabinets were left filthy, never cleaned at all on completion, cabinet doors left with tape marks left to clean off and slurry from the stonemasons polishing.
Premier Kitchens subcontract all the work and do absolutely nothing after the design is complete and they have you signed up. Sadly, they take no acceptability for any issues and waive the contract at you to resolve the matters with their selected subcontractors, what a bitter pile they prescribed.
A very disappointing experience that left my wife and I totally underwhelmed and worn out by the experience of dealing with a nightmare kitchen, with the dream kitchen price.

We got a Premier Kitchen. Premier it is not. This was the worst experience. It was expensive and we have ended up with a very ordinary kitchen. The designer was non-existent after he pushed us into buying the crappy kitchen. The plumber scratched our sink SO badly. The sink cost $1000 and we were never reimbursed for the sink or offered any sort of discount. They "sort of" got the scratches out but they are well and truly still there. We had to send the several of the cabinets back because they were chipped. The built in microwave which the cabinets were built around was propped up with cardboard and tape. The panels for the fridge which we were recommended to buy were not the right size. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The only saving grace was the guy who organised the trades. He was nice and pretty good at his job.

They attend my church and put in a great kitchen in our office...

real attention to detail...and listen to what we wanted...we just love
hanging out in our kitchen area at lunch and morning tea...

I would definitely recommend...they are not too big so the little jobs
are no prob.

Approximate cost: $1500
