Very good coffee and always great food (including brunch menu). Love the selection of pastries too. Been back many times.

Great place for coffee or lunch! Cute decor and very friendly staff. The food is delicious, good selection of banh mi (vietnamese bread roll sandwiches), pastries and desserts. I really like the iced chai drinks as well!
