We got the last room he told us it was basic and small and it was but it was cheap! The service was friendly and he was really helpful printing out aap for us. I won't comment on the room as our room would not reflect the others but we were greatful for a bed!

We stayed here just before Christmas. Really conveniently located to the CBD and associated restaurants and shops. Pleasant friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious, and ours had a nice view over Kooloonbung Creek and a lovely big balcony (just was a bit too hot outside to enjoy it!). Reasonable tariff. Parking is underneath the hotel. It was a bit tricky to find at first, because it's a long block right next to the CBD so I wasn't quite expecting it to look so compact from the front!
