Beautifully appointed waiting area with interesting items to buy for my Lucy, like the boxed perfume, which is her Christmas gift. Lucy has been coming to this Salon for many years and is always groomed to perfection and smells amazing when I pick her up. The ladies are friendly and obliging, not to mention Professional. Very disappointed with the staff member I delt with. I have been here before and the cut they gave my little dog was beautiful. This time it was lop sided. When I asked about it, they didn't want to know. Not handled very well at all. Unprofessional.

Professional and friendly staff and very clean waiting / showroom. Our dog wasn't ready by the time they advised, but this is because they were so busy.

Absolutely amazing. My puppy is extremely shy, so I hunted around for a decent place to get him groomed, and he came back very happy and they did such a great job as well! The place is absolutely amazing and we're looking forward to going back.

I am very "Picky" when it comes to who grooms my best friend "Missy", however since I have been taking her to Natasha at Pooch Avenue she will not go to any other groomer. If she could speak she would no doubt say "Natasha you GO GIRL, your the BEST and what a BEAUTIFUL 5 star experience I had" and she would probably add "I love you" because that's just who Missy is !!!!!!
