I have been a customer of this credit union for over 12 years and whilst I dont do much face to face business,as most of my banking is done by the internet or by snail mail, whatever contact I have had has been very good. They are reliable and speedy in their correspondence and courteous and polite on the telephone.
All in all it is a pleasure doing business with them.

This is a very good Credit Union, they are very handy to my work, main office. And the staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They have some competitive rates on credit cards and personal loans and car financing. I didn't take my mortgage with them as ING was able to do slightly better, but in hind sight I should have paid the .06% more so I could have some decent customer service.
Police credit Union is overall a very good customer service, friendly place that isn't really like your old fashioned CUA but modern.

I HAVE BANKED WITH THESE GUYS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I COULDN'T FIND A BAD WORD TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THE SERVICE, BOTH OVER THE COUNTER OR PHONE BANKING IS ALWAYS FANTASTIC. THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HAPPY TO HELP. GOOD RANGE OF PRODUCTS (ACCOUNT, LOANS ETC)
