I would not recommend using this business unless you do not need to use your car and are happy to have it off the road for an extended period. I used them to do a very minor repair, realistically a 3 day job including painting. Unfortunately I had made the arrangements with my insurer before they informed me it would take at least a week to do it. When I enquired why, I was told they couldnt be sure all the damage was visible, which was highly unlikely. I suggested in any case they would know the answer to this quickly as it was a very minor disassembly, which they agreed was correct. I asked them to ensure all the parts were available before I brought the car in and was assured there was no problem in this regard. Some weeks later I dropped the car in on a Monday morning. I rang back at 4.00pm to check whether they had found any additional damage, and they advised they hadnt started on the car yet. I phoned again on Wednesday and was told that they needed a small part that would have to come from overseas and would take a week to arrive. I asked them to return the car to me pending arrival of the part but they refused. A week later they told me the part had arrived, with luck the car would be ready on the Thursday, but if not it would be Friday. I heard nothing on Thursday, and rang Friday lunchtime. They confirmed they had the part but were now not sure if they could complete the job in time to give the car back for the weekend. At 4.00pm they advised me the car would not be ready. This business is obviously doing well enough that they do not need to worry about customer service. It is abundantly clear that they bring in more cars than they can work on and juggle the work flow so that their employees are fully occupied at all times at the expense of the customer. Through all of this they never phoned me to provide updates; I always had to chase them up. They continually gave me waffly excuses and kept missing their own deadlines. They were not prepared to put in a little extra effort to get my car back after 2 weeks off the road for a 3 day job. When I finally did get the car back, the job was completed poorly, with various trim items not properly reassembled. So my advice is, if you dont enjoy being treated with contempt, go elsewhere.
