No. I had them install an expensive new part (ABS pump for an ML320) obtained directly from Mercedes. Once installed, I paid but was dismayed to find that the traction still light kept coming on. They claimed the part was faulty and refused to do anything. I had to take it to a Mercedes service centre who fixed the problem and installed the part properly. When I asked Platinum for a refund on the service fee, they refused and claimed that the Mercedes service centre were the crooks. I could not recommend PLATINUM PREMIUM CAR SERVICES. I was out of pockets $100s of dollars for nothing!
