Good deal, the customer service is nice and polite even for young people. I always hate the yeah what do you want attitude. Good location as it is across the road from woolworths.

I placed an online order at approximately 9.45pm to pickup from the Nundah Store (as i live only 1 minute walk from this store and ALWAYS order pick-up). When i attended the store at 10:00pm i asked the attendant to check on my order, which they advised no order had been placed for my name or telephone number, and was asked to re-order. At 10.15pm my order was received and i went back home to find that another pizza order had been incorrectly delivered to my address. After spending over half an hour on the phone attempting to sort this out, Monash from the Nundah store agreed that when i attended the store i should have been told the order was being delivered, and as it was an error, refunded the online order.
Over a week later the refund had not shown, so i was charged $60 basically for 1 pizza!! At this stage i contacted their customer service phone line who said that i had to send through ma copy of my bank statement to prove it was not refunded. As i had spent almost an hour on my personal mobile phone calling the store and customer service attempting to sort this out, i requested a refund of the total of both order of $60.50.
And guess what, they just decided to ignore my request. i will NEVER go back to this store and hope that you have all be warned about their poor customer service.
