Zero rating. Terrible lazy service, VERY RUDE staff and a management staff? They call themselves a 24 hour business, I had to beg for them come over at 1am in the morning for a burst hot water system, they put me on video phone while they were trying to get me to turn off the tap, which was stuck, otherwise I would have done it myself then they tried to get me to turn off the main for all the apartments, til the morning. Since this H.W.S. had been installed, I turn on taps and the water sputters out. Called for a service call, which didn't solve the problem, they hung up on me. Plenty of other 24 hours plumbers out there. DO NOT USE them!!!

if you are looking for the best price. forget this one. $171.60 to change 2 washers in a time frame of 15 minutes. Just a simple change of washers, nothing else. Definately not value for money.
