I've been going here over Bunnings for two years and they are always pretty helpful and have what I need. There is one person who works there, who whilst helpful and polite is not personable and manages to put me off. The prices can be a bit over the top, especially salt for the pool which seems very over priced compared to Bunnings and other similar places but this place is convenient and handy.

We have been visiting Pine Rivers Hardware for all out pool needs for many years now. I really feel it is important to support our local small businesses and these guys are friendly and have great service that you just don't get at the big hardware stores. They are also conveniently located with easy parking right outside the door. Remember that they are a pool shop as well as a hardware store.

I have been getting my pool water tested there for about a year and after the November storms we sustained major damage to our pool and its filtration system. These guys bent over backwards to help get things fixed for us and helped out by arranging onsite service at a great rate considering others where increasing service cost due to the need for this service after the storms.

I know purchase all my hardware needs from the. They don't have the range of the big guys or the assortment but the generally have what I need as well as being greeted and given good service allowing me to be in and out quicker and generally with what I nee d to do the job
