I love the Pig & Whistle Hotel!! It is a true country pub that celebrates the town's history and its local people but also welcomes all from everywhere. Best food, beer, wine, service... awesome pool table, beer garden you name it.

Best country pub in Victoria! Under new management, the team has completely rejuvenated this iconic pub to be amongst the greats. Worth the short drive out of Melbourne for a day trip, or make a long weekend count and plan it as apart of your holiday!

There are so many things I love about the Pig & Whistle.
Great value for a large group with the 3 course Sunday roast.
I take my 5 small children to dinner and always feel welcome and comfortable....they also love spotting the pigs dotted around the dining area.
The food is fantastic, with great variety, including the kids menu.
Whenever we have friends over, our preferred dining spot is the Pig. Planned my Dad's 60th here too!

Try the Jumbuck in a Tuckerbag, or the Dundee Pie, two meals you won't find elsewhere. Or simply stop and have a drink. Don't miss St. Pat's Day at the pig!!!!!
