I went to Lauren as my back was hurting from distance running. After treatments from Lauren and being educated on how the body's weaknesses affect other areas, I was able to correct the issue through further treatment. She was very professional and running is a breeze now!

I always thought I had to go to a Chiropractor to fix my back pain, I learnt from a friend that Physio's actually treat the core of the problem to fix problems. After my treatments with Lauren my back pain has reduced immensely, and during treatments she explains where the pain is coming from and why- to give a greater understanding of whats happening in my body. Recently Lauren tried dry needling on my back, which freaked me out at first, but she was calm with me the whole time to make me feel relaxed about it. During treatments Lauren is great to talk to, taking my mind off the pain, and answers any questions very thoroughly.

I went to Lauren for pain which went down the back of my legs, which stopped me from walking properly. When she assessed me she found it was coming from my back joints. The pain went away after one treatment! She asked me to come back a few more times until all the stiffness went, which I did, and I feel a lot more limber all over.
