Authentic, genuine, they're busy but for a good reason. Usually easy to find a table. Make sure you don't mind sharing. Thank you always.

This is by far the best of the best place to eat Pho Vietnamese rice noodles. Their dish will blow your taste buds. They have a huge range of dishes. I also love their veggie spring rolls with noodles and fruit smoothies. They are devine and fulfilling. They are always busy around lunch n dinner time so just to be sure to get a table, make a booking. At one time it was so busy we had to share a table but we were fine because we were hungry lols.

We go here twice a week, and would go more if we closer! it's healthy, so fresh I'm sure the would get all produce from Footscray Market across the Rd. I've tried 3 other Pho restaurants on Hopkins St and they are the best Pho Bo is my fav! The line out teh door speaks for itself.

We came here one night because it was the only place still open, due to its full house of customers, and now we know why.
delicious Vietnamese noodle soup at a bargain price, with excellent wait staff.

Quality - Good and the food looks good too.
Service - Depends on whose the waitress, needs a friendly approach
Value - Affordable and reasonable
Overall - Modern looking restaurant, spacey. They are quite fast with the food, even during busy days the waiting time are reasonable. Bathroom are decent, but over all just a bit more tidying up. Good value. Can taste a bit plain and a bit to much msg .

I am a regular at this restaurant, I can't get enough of their delicious rice paper rolls or fresh spring rolls. In winter I love having their pho soups, such incredibly good value. I bring a lot of my friends here if they're into asian food. If you turn up at a busy time (lunch time, early dinner) or you have a lot of people to seat, you may have to wait. This restaurant is CASH ONLY, there is an NAB atm two doors down Hopkins Street if you need to get cash out.

Approximate cost: $9-$13

Usually have half cooked meat on pho here. It's average in flavor but I find it a bit too salty. It's great that they come in all sizes and that they allow you (my friend) to choose what she wanted and didn't want in her bowl since she's quite a picky eater. I thought that they had pretty good services and manners.
