Poor communication
Organized for a bin to be dropped off on a Monday didn’t get it till the Thursday
No phone call to notify me and every time you try and call them no answer
And a very similar story for pick up took 4 days to answer my call and they still couldn’t turn up on the arranged day for pick up and when you call they simply just don’t care no apology nothing
Save your time and stress and use someone els !

I would strongly recommend that people do not use this business. They damaged my property, refused to pay for the damage. I took them to NCAT Tribunal and it took me 11 months to get my legally entitled refund. This business went to extraordinary lengths to avoid their responsibilities.

I have been using Phantom skips now for over 2 years and they are great, very reliable and very well priced and have helped me get rid of a lot of rubbish. I wouldn't use any other skip company.
