I went in to PetStock to get some tick prevention for my dog. I am new to the coastal areas, but had researched the products and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and how I was going to do the tick treatment. The Staff informed me of the specials for members, which were certainly a good deal; however I had already decided that an alternative product (not on special) had been the one to purchase. I explained that I was intending on alternating different products for the best effect, and they were very encouraging in their agreement. I was given a decent discount for buying the two products in spite of them not being on special. I also was given a free gift as a thankyou, and even more, was given a pig's ear (at least I think that's what it was!) for my dog, since she had recently had her birthday. The staff were very helpful, and I love the fact that Kierah (my dog) is allowed to actually go into the shop with me! They have scales there so that I could weigh her to check the correct dosage to buy. My reason for shopping there: I had previously been to every vet and pet shop in the area asking for advice and pricing tick treatments, and had found that PetStock is quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else. I am now a member, so enjoy additional benefits also. Price is definately my number one reason for buying there, but the staff service is over and above anything else I have experienced!
