We shop here for our 2 cats and the range is fantastic. They have a great club members program where you collect points and can access special discounts on products on their club member days. I like that they can keep me informed via sms on specials available. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we love shopping here

After getting a new dog, I needed all the supplies again. When my companion of 13 years passed away some 6 months before I was never gonna get another dog. For the new boy I did my research again regarding dog foods as it had been years since I really checked them out. Found the food I wanted on the PET stock online site. I went into the Joondalup store so I didn't have to wait for postage but the food was more expensive than online. Phil the manager explained the prices were different but said he would honour the price. The store has a huge line of pet supplies, you can take your pet shopping and you can even bath your dog in the K9000 for a dollar on Saturday morning. Every time I have gone in since then, Phil or his staff has gone over and above with the customer service taking the heavy food bags to my car. I get text messages when my dog food is on sale so I get the best price. What more could you ask. Yeah you can get stuff cheaper online but you can't get service like you get from a good crew. Well done Phil.
