in relation to your complaint our store does meet all government guide lines we had some issues with the rspca EARLIER THIS YEAR WHICH we addressed and have have another 3 vists since april this year with no concerns you dont have the guts to come in and talk to me about your concerns just hide behind a computer l have no problems going thru the goverment guide line to show you we meet them you make some defamatory commets but cant face our bussiness so if you dont like pet shop why visit them

I am absolutely disgusted by this place! I am not a big fan of pet shops in the first place but Pet's R Us & Grooming really takes the cake when it comes to dodgy pet shops. The RSPCA have been in there and seized animals on two occasions that I know of and they still have not learned their lesson. They cram their animals into cages that are way too small (and not legal) and do not give animals medical attention when necessary. They had some birds taken off them because they were sick and had been for a long time. Also rabbits are all squashed into glass cabinets that are too small. The shop always smells and the guy that owns it is only interested in your money. I have noticed recently that there are sick birds in there again and when I asked him about them he told me that there is nothing wrong with them. Don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth! DISGUSTING!!!

Approximate cost: $TOO MUCH!
