I would recommend this business simply due to the exceptional care and love that Kim gave me and my fur babies Angus and Daisy through a very traumatic time. Kim went over and above to retrieve my babies from a watery grave they had been put in 15 days prior. I received my babies back into my care today and my heart is so full of love. Kim has put my babies in the most beautiful little wooden coffin box and a scatter tube, a beautiful cremation certificate and little teddybear.

I cannot express how grateful I am to PetsRIP. Putting our doggie to sleep after 17.5 years was absolutely awful and they made it so much easier. They turned up to our house on short notice and we're so lovely and gentle taking her away. And then a lovely lady brought her home again in a little casket. On a horrible day, PetsRIP made the aftermath just a bit easier. I am so grateful to them.

So caring and sympathetic after the loss of our 18 year old cat. Their service is very professional but so caring at the same time. I was crying on the phone when we originally made contact with them and I received so much comfort and support from Vicki on the phone.
