Little store, not many animals. Staff are either really friendly or quite sour. Very poor customer service tho all round.

Fairly small shop but well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful most days. Good place to pick up pet supplies whilst getting your groceries.

I was very disappointed with this pet store, the lady that works there is always rude and doesn`t want to help, they dont have many fish to choose from either.

At pets paradise the staff are always happy to help and they all know exactly what they are talking about. They all have experience working with animals and can help you out when you think your pet is sick. Very helpful!

Pets Paradise is a small little shop in the heart of the North Lakes shopping centre. The staff members are very friendly and offer some great advice when buying products for your pets.

They have a small range of animals you can buy but do have a good product range to care for your animal with excellent advice. They are very helpful and if we are out shopping on a Thursday night and require some pet products we wonder in.
