A young girl by the name of Clare provided excellent service!! her knowledge & manner was aweaome..lm definietly shopping here again.

My girls both loved coming home but the next best place is Pets on Nepean. Both girls were adopted from there and they had nothing but the best treatment and I even got photos.

Thanks to all the Cattery staff in Pets On Nepean. My two Pusses, who are very different, both had a wonderful time and came home calm and relaxed. This was due to the fit out of the individual units. They had room to explore and places to hide. This is a great facility at a competitive price. Will certainly use it again with no worries about my furbies.

The new Pets on Nepean Cattery is sensational. Our Princess Coco loves the fit outs in the themed rooms where she has had beach boxes to run and hide in. she has also had shelves and boxes attached to the wall for her to jump around. She is kept very busy.

The staff really treat her as a Princess. Due to our cat being so happy it makes us enjoy our time away even more.

2019 UPDATE:
Kat has sold out to PetStock which has immediately upped the prices for the cattery, in particular deleting the 'over 30 days' discount. Don't know if any of the existing staff remain. Can no longer vouch for quality and service. Only upside is that they have installed an on-site vet, but the existing Chelsea Vet in Nepean Hwy is who we'll stay with.
The old owner didn't contact current cattery clients to advise of the change of management.

OLD REVIEW:
The new PON Cattery is wonderful. We have a cat that's rated aggressive on 3 vet's lists. The new PON cattery won it over inside 3 days. Their affection, patience and experience had our puss calm and happy, and not too desperate to be picked up by us . PON have large, interesting enclosures for the cats so they won't be bored. The cattery area is warm. They will send you pictures of your puss daily and administer any meds it needs. They will supply litter and food unless you prefer your own. Each cat gets lots of attention and an hour a day in the large, toy-filled playroom. And they are getting web-linked cameras installed this week so you can see your puss any time of day if you have separation anxiety. I couldn't recommend the PON cattery more highly, not just for the facilities, but for the care and dedication of cattery manager Dee and PON owner Kat.
Now we can have holidays without worrying about puss as she's probably having an even better time than us.
