I was concerned to see the butcher using bare hands to serve meat up. Unless hands are washed after every transaction, plenty of bacteria/virus will be on the hands of someone handling money and the credit card machine. I should have said something there and then and regret not doing so. Lift your game guys, re hygiene!

Have just had the best piece of steak since I moved into this area. So wonderful to find a good butcher for a special bbq.

I travel out of my way to go to this butcher as their meat is always fresh and at a much lower price than the supermarkets. Rump steak is usually $12.99kg and 2kg of lean gourment mince is $13. My partner claims that they are the best steaks he has ever eaten. The store is clean and the butchers are in full view cutting up the meat.
