Would not recommend anyone purchase clothing from Peter stevens motorcycles and their disgusting customer service

Purchased a hoodie from Peter stevens online store for it to arrive with a hole in the sleeve, contacted store immediately with proof of damage on day of delivery with a accurate photo of hole and jumper, got a reply following afternoon saying they would help and yes looks to be a manufacturing issue and they said and said send it back to us, meanwhile having the jumper for the duration of emails back and forth I though maybe I can fix the issue because I did not want to go through all the hassle and tried to stitch hole up but failed due to the horrible quality stitching from manufacture or however the jumper got the hole before arriving to me, it was a hole the size of a 50cent piece to start of with but the more you touched it it seemed as the whole sleeve wasn’t stitched at all.

So I send it back as they said for them to say no it’s not a manufacturer issue now it’s your fault their is a bigger hole and we won’t be refunding or sending a replacement… so after numerous emails back and forth them saying they would replace it etc they said no and nothing was done.

Absolute horrible in my opinion especially due to the fact a $150 jumper had a hole in it and was sent to me then my attempt to fix the issue they had sent me and was trying to help the situation not make it worse I obviously wanted that jumper so very upsetting

Now I’d advise anyone else to definitely not purchase clothing from this company because they don’t inspect the items they sell to you for a hefty price, very very upsetting the way they handled the situation especially cause my attempt to fix wouldn’t matter the fact the jumper is falling apart brand new.

Approximate cost: $150

Bought a 50cc motor scooter from them. Very good deal. Plus bought helmet, gloves, jacket, pants and got discount on them as a package. They drove it to my home as I didn't have a licence. Got a discount on motor cycle licence course also
