i went there a while ago , had my sun visor very loose, there was this guy ( Christain ) very rude , he spoke to me with a load voice , he said it had to be replaced for around $350, Well I knew that wasn't right, went down the road . fixed for nothing, plus every time you ring for a service etc... you get told someone will get back to you . which they never do, Give them a miss, they do not care about their customers,

Really disappointed with Peter Davey toyota as we bought a 2014 Rav4 and didn't realize it only had one key.. We took it for granted that it would have a spare..After asking about a spare key we were told we would have to buy one for $360 + whatever it costs to program it in, which could be anything... If we had been told there was only one key we would have negotiated a price with a second key supplied or offered about $500 cheaper than we paid..the guy on the phone had a really poor attitude and really couldn't care less.. they were all over us at the time of sale and now they don't want to know us... the services will not be done with them, they will make no more money out of us... Really poor performance and we were trying to support our local dealer.. Never again.

Peter Davey Werribee Toyota are a bunch of car sharks.
They are the worst company to deal with, ever!
Especially if you're doing finance.
THEY ARE DODGY, THEY RIP YOUNG PEOPLE OFF AND THEY ARE RUDE AND ONLY THINK ABOUT THEMSELVES.
Will never do business with them again.
Go to another Toyota as this Toyota is a joke!

I walked in on a Wednesday and explained to Nick that i had been in a motor vehicle accident and felt very vulnerable on the road, therefore, looking for a very safe vehicle which was great on fuel.
By the time i left i had signed a contract of sale and left a deposit on the Toyota Hybrid.
I found Nick to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with without being what some interpret as "the stereo type car salesman" .
Because i had made a decision within a very short time frame i went home and did my home work and found that i had been given an extremely good deal.
It has been a pleasure and i am sure that in the unlikely event of having a problem it will be resolved swiftly i believe i will get great after service.
Good feelings about this dealership.

Bought a car from these people which surprise, surprise had been in an accident. Fortunately the salesman that we bought the car from, no longer works for them but the company is responsible for the cars that are sold to the public.
