Absolutely disgraceful service and incompetent staff. We tried to return a faulty product and were told that we could exchange it for a similar product but no other exchange or refunds were allowed.

What’s happened to this store lately! (Watergardens store, Taylors Lakes) It used to be so welcoming, with friendly service and helpful staff but has really gone downhill in the past few months. Now it’s sullen service, unhelpful staff and an unpleasant atmosphere. With so much better competition nearby, sorry Petbarn, but you’ve lost my business.
