I purchased a cage which ended up being too small for my parrot...i contact Pet Wizard & they were brilliant & organised a courier to pick up & also gave me a 100% refund with no questions asked. Great job. Would recommend them.

I would not recommend Pet Wizard unfortunately. I purchased three bird cages which cost me over $450 including postage. They had no instructions - sorry, instructions basically saying, "Put together."
A friend who is a bird breeder and purchases cages online all the time asked where I got them and said never buy them there again. He said they were warped and out of plumb which I had also found when attempting to put together.
Then I looked at their returns policy. I would have to pay an arm and a leg to return these three huge birds cages (have to pay for postage) and then they somehow get away with saying they charge an extra 20% on top of that??? Oh, and all boxes are supposed to be unopened????? Why would I be ordering something and then posting it back without trying to put it together???? So I would have spent well over half returning items I cannot use!!!!
I emailed twice asking for a refund and advising of the terrible product. No response.
