I think this shop deserves a good review. I have been buying my cat supplies here for a few years. It is such a clean store!
The prices on certain things can be a bit on the high side sometimes, but when they have a sale, they REALLY have a sale. Prices are dropped dramatically. A few weeks ago their cans of cat food were 10 for $1. This is a typical sale on at Coles or Woolworths for Fancy Feast, but the same price was for cans that regularly go for almost $2 each. Naturally, I stocked up big time. The thing that stands out about this pet shop is the people that work there. They all seem to be so happy, & sincere. Whatever they're on, I want it , lol. Behind the shop at this time of year are thousands of wild bats. I mentioned them & rec'd the story of those particular ones, and a run-down on bats, in general. They are so friendly, I find myself not even wanting to leave, lol Needless to say, my cat also loves it when I go there. He knows a lot of yummies will be comming home with me. In the years of shopping there, I have yet to leave unhappy, no matter how much I end up spending. The employees are just so, so friendly. Thank you Pet Barn (Figtree) for being a store that is such a joy to visit. Cheers!

Good range and reasonable prices. I like their loyalty program - buy 10 bags of pet pellets, get 1 free, and also one you've spent maybe $500 you ge a $10 voucher (I think those amounts are right).

The staff at the West Wollongong Pet Barn are extremely knowledgeable about all types of animals and their needs. It helps that the staff own such a wide range of pets themselves!
