have always found them to have some great deals. i love that whenever i have walked into the shop - within 5 minutes i have always had one of the workers ask if i need a hand with anything

Love the fact I can bring my dog into the store to fit him for collars etc. They are defiantly in the business of animals not humans, as they understand the products they sell and are able to assist measuring my dog for the correct halti. Best in Townsville.

They always have everything I need for my pets. They have very friendly staff and are good value for money. I have had a good experience every time i visit this store. I would recommend them to everyone.

This place is very well set out, always clean and tidy and easy to find what you are looking for. That is great because don't expect too much service from the staff here. I have always used this facility to get my cat food, but when I shop here it seems I am always helping myself. Which makes me question why do I pay that bit extra for the products I need.

Friendly service with a smile. The staff are very helpful and are there whenever you need them. Parking is not a problem at all as there is plenty of space.
