i love this store, charlotte was amazing she knows a lot about guinea pigs and rabbits. will be coming back to see her again

uyers beware on on the 14th January 2017 I purchased what I believed was a three-month-old hand reared baby corella from your store but instead ended up with a very sick bird. Within two days of bringing him home, his health deteriorated rapidly. I took him to the vet for a check up and was told by the vet that this bird had been sick for quite some time ( Severe Thrus) and intestinal worms could possibly have beak and feather disease. I was also informed by the vet that he was an adult bird and not actually a three-month-old baby as I had been told initially. I was also told that his sickness was very contagious and that my other parrots were at risk of becoming sick too. I contacted the store and they accused me of providing him with inadequate care and causing him to become sick, the nerve of these rude people, very unhelpful. Less than one week after bringing him home he passed away. I am disgusted with the way this situation was handled. Buyers beware! [redacted due to generalisation]

Good products but the workers knew nothing about the fish i was after even though they stocked them! I ended up telling him about his products!! Also a bit over priced not a bad place if you have no other options
