My sister had her hair styled for an event by a different salon and they did it wrong, so she turned up at Perris without an apptmt and Richard fixed it for her. She loved it and she recommended them to me. I have made an apptmt with Richard for a cut and colour change for my up coming wedding. They definitely new what they were talking about as to how to achieve my new look and they were really friendly. I will update my review once I have had the work done... so stay tuned.

I went to Perris a few weeks ago and requested an 'ombre' style colour (slightly darker at the roots). After describing in detail the kind of look i wanted (also showed a picture) staff claimed they knew what I was talking about. The final product = going from platinum blonde to a murky dark brown/green colour.. not at all what i wanted. I went back the next day to complain/ask for it to be fixed. The staff was very rude and told me 'hairdressers do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict the outcome of a colour'. um what? they finally agreed that they could 'fix' it for me. So i came back later that evening and staff decided to give me a cleanse aka bleach bath to try to remove the colour! It still looked horrible afterwards possibly more so than to begin with and was very damaging to my hair. I then had to book an appt the next day at a different salon and paid $100 for them to try and fix it.... after waiting a few weeks to let my hair rest i went back to another salon and paid $65. I am now happy with my colour... I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Fair enough mistakes can be made but the attitude i received and the inability to be able to fix the mistake was of concern. Do not trust them with your hair.

went there for the first time this year, was an old customer, and the ladies there were fantastic, didn't catch the name of the lady who cut my hair but it was great, they take good care of you and do the job well. Reasonably priced which is good also. Will make this place my usual hairdressers from now on, really enjoy my time there. I would recommend it to anyone.

Over all great, I haven't had any problems with staff or service. I've been going for the last 6 months or so, and my regular hairdresser 'Katrina' Has always cut my hair as I like it. Going to get a cut today so I might update this later.

Last night I wen tot a hair dresser's in knox city and they had booked me in wrong for what I wanted...... I wanted a base colour and foils on top..... But because they girl booked me in wrong I couldn't get it done. I walked out quite angry and walked straight into Perri's. It's was the first time I had been there...... I explained to the lady at the front desk what had happened and asked (without an appointment) if they could help me at all. Perri's was fairly busy at the time that I went in and it was 7:30pm on a Thursday night. The lady at the desk squeezed me in and had two lovely girls working on my hair at the same to just so they could complete it in time! The service there was absolutely wonderful! There was a smile on everyones face and they were all really friendly to eachother and all he customers. The girls did a wonderful job on my hair. I was very impressed, especially seeings as they were busy and I didnt have an appointment, plus what I wanted was going to take around 2 hours! I'll definently be going back to Perri's for my touch up and I recommend this hairdresser's to anyone! Thankx girls for helping me out! I really appreciate it! xx

perris would not give me a refund on a bad cut which cost $45 for a guy. really amateur cuts. the attitude of the person at the front desk was really what made me put this review up. i would recommend against this salon. and another thing was they cut my hair very quickly i was in out with a very rough hair cut.

this was the most embarrassing hairdressing experience... the cut was the worst i ever had,.... had to go there twice because after arrival my appointment was cancelled.... i had to go to another hairdresser to fix my bad cut and they couldnt beleive how uneven my hair was.... dont recommend this place at all....
