Perle is possibly one of the best restaurants I've ever gone to, it has a lovely view and the location is good too, the Circle on Cavill is quite pretty. The service is very nice and friendly you just fall in love with that place and it's people. Everything was handled professionally and the waiter is just so hilarious and awesome. The food is really really really good also, and we got a meal on the house and it was really nice something small but so nice. They were really great both the service and quality.
