There service for wholesale/small business is crap. The only time they ever contacted us was when they needed payment. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Broadband rates for this company are one of the most competitive in the market. We have gone over the allowed usage of a capped unlimited plan almost every month but our speed remained the same. I have not had any problems with our connection in all the years that I have been with them. There is a lot of room for improvement, however, in their customer service department. I have only ever spoken to 2 staff members where I put down the phone fully satisfied.
