Penny Farthing is a high quality bistro/cafe. It is also interesting, as opposed to completed gentrified and boring.
The menu is the best example. Penny has both a brunch and general dining a la carte menu. Both menus offer interesting and innovative options. Ie. Black Rice Pudding with creme anglaise, Okra chips (similar to eggplant chips), Baked eggs with sweet potato & bocconcini.

Great coffee, great service. Nice place to eat and drink and just be. They also are great with kids. Take away beans are up there with the best too

Great coffee, with that extra detail about the beans and provenance. Lovely outdoor garden and friendly, helpful staff.

A lovely atmosphere and great service .The food is delicious and the choice of drinks broad and well selected.
