A wonderful kind and caring service. Teagan was understanding of our grief and went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible and followed our wishes with no fuss.
The cost was less than I was quoted and Gizmo's ashes were returned to us with two cards with his paw prints and a small vial of his hair.

With no eyesight and chronic arthritis our little boy 'Badger' still soldiered on, but finally this week his body finally gave in and he had to be euthanized, this alone was heart-breaking! As a member of the family he needed to be treated as such, and after a bad experience with a cremation service in Wonthaggi, we contacted Narelle from Peninsula Pet Cremations. What a wonderful person, she drove all the way to Wonthaggi from Hastings to pick up our little boy from the Vets and then treated him with care, dignity and the respect that our little pup deserved.
We met her a couple of days later and she gave us our little boys ashes, along with a beautiful card, paw prints, name plaque and some of his fur all lovingly presented. Having met her we were so glad that we chose her, as here was someone who truly loves and respects animals.
