Emailed them initially, asking for a quote on a cabinet. They took days to respond, and I continually chased them for the quote price and detail. I also asked if they knew anyone for a bigger job (but separate) and they referred me to Platinum Renovations (see separate rating). When I finally got the quote price in, I visited their showroom to get more details on the particular job. Whilst in the showroom, Tom took me around and showed me their work. The quality was as expected for the pricing. When I asked to tweak some of the job, this was met with some questioning and a "why would you want to do that" attitude. I persued with further detailed questions and was made to feel as though I was taking up his time. I left them with a couple of items to come back to me on. When I followed up again a few days later, I was given the excuse of, sorry we've been busy and when I asked again for a few further tweaks, I was told, no we don't do that (even though this was a custom job). It was all beginning to get a bit too hard, when Tom called back and said he didn't want to do the job anymore, because his referral (mate or business partner) didn't get the job. Amazing!

Approximate cost: $1500
