Hi all. When your computer crashes, frustration sets in pretty quick if your like me. The above shop were the quickest to respond to our aid, 2 days. They came to our house, taking about an hour to have a look, charging us a raft of fees including call out etc. After they had finished looking, they told me that to fix the computer it had to go back to their shop for "repairs". Great, the cost just gets better. After a further 2 days, they informed me that it wasn't the computer that was the problem but it was the modem. Of coarse they charged me for everything down to the second, and the new modem as well. Trust me, there is better, faster, and cheaper mobile computer techs out there, just avoid this one.
