Paul quoted on replacing 3 concrete stumps underneath my high set 1940s home and finishing with wooden batons in between the new steel posts. Super impressed with Paul! We had him take a look at a property we were considering buying and he offered excellent advice about the condition of the sub-floor area, what absolutely needed to be done, as well as the costs associated with making changes to the space underneath the house. We were very happy with Paul Simpson's restumping work. He was extremely knowledgable and experienced, punctual and really easy to deal with. Paul is very proud of his work and left the site tidy and also won't hesitate to do little extras here and there to help you out. About a month later, our drain outside blocked up and the plumber told us it was due to concrete which had gotten in. Called Paul and he was apologetic (happened while he was offsite), really understanding and offered to pay the plumbing fees. No fuss and great to deal with, highly recommended!
