the ladies in here are so lovely and helpful especially if you need take a child in for testing. at my age and with the ammount of tests ive had in my lifetime im still very much a wuss and they always put me at ease

always very fast service never long to sit down and wait,i found the staff remarkable in the way they helped my traumatised 11 year old boy through a blood test,by the end of it they had him laughing and happy again and hopefully helped get over his phobia

As I am a sook and a difficult patient they always get the most experienced if they themselves are not confident, bulk bill means no out of pocket expenses either.

I had my 11 year old needing a blood test. The collector was amazing. He was so understanding of my son's needs and how nervous he was. He totally put him at ease and made him laugh - a lot! Would go out of my way to go back here if anymore of my kids ever need blood taken.
