Terrible service, I will not be buying a property through them or recommending rentals.

We also had a bad experience with this company. We rented a property from them while our house was being built. Very slow to rectify issues with the house and an absolutely appalling experience on moving out. I definitely would not recommend this company

After a long period living in one of their properties, asking regularly for a green bin nothing was done. On moving out the process was drawn out and unnecessarily difficult. Had to take advice and threaten the agent with action to have anything proceed. Bought property now so don't have to rely on people like this, but everyone I have spoken to that deals with this company has complained about them. It would appear that 99.9% of their time is spent getting your cash and filling properties and then 0.1% of the time ensuring that they meet all the requirements of code. Should I ever need to rent again I would rather live in a box under a bridge than deal with this company again. Also they charged us for advertising the property even though they didn't advertise and the person who moved in was provided by us after we advertised. We also provided the information and application to them. So in-fact we did all the work ourselves. If there was a quarter star available it would be too much for them, but a half will have to do.
