I had previously been to the Papa Roti in Doncaster, so I expected great things from this place. It was quite new when I went to it (which to be honest, I have only been there twice and that was around the time it opened), meaning that they were probably getting used to things.

The food was decent (love the roti!) but it seemed disorganised and there was a bit of a wait for the food. The drinks are upwards of $4 and you can expect to pay $10-$15 for a cheap meal. I'm sure the business is faring better now, but my first experiences with it has put me off to dine there again.

Due to my Doncaster experience and the fact that I had dined there when it first opened, I marked it a tad bit higher than I would've.

Approximate cost: $10-$15

Whenever I walk past or go into Papa roti, there is always a nice smell of coffee and It makes my mouth water since the scent of coffee smells delicious. The bread/ bun that they sell is amazing, outside is kind of hard but once you bite into it, its soft, fluffy and theres butter in the middle and tase is absolutely delicious. There are not many chairs and tables for the customers though which is kind of bad but that doesnt matter since their breads are yum.

Approximate cost: $2.60

This store does ice cream and drink and only sells one particular type of bun, but the buns from this store are absolutely beautiful- soft, fluffy and buttery, with the strong scent of coffee, these scent and taste of Pappa Roti buns are addictive and best eaten straight away when the butter is still melted on the inside and it comes out from the oven. I have gone back repeated to this store just for the buns alone. Supposedly, they are best taken with coffee but I've tried their milk tea and a latte and the drinks aren't anything amazing. The seating area as well only consists of a couple (yes, two) of tables and a few seats, so it's more of a takeaway option. The Pappa Roti chain also has a store on Elizabeth in the city, from those unwilling to travel down to Glen Waverley but I think that that store only does the drinks and buns.

Approximate cost: $2.60
