clean & tidy. busy on this particular evening as Kringle Fest was on. surprised by the variety of gourmet cakes/tarts as it is a bakery cafe-was expecting the usual lamington etc. i chose a cherry/blueberry/pomegranite tartlet-delectable to say the least! even had an icing(snowflake i think)on top! maybe for the winter scene outside at the time.the cappacino coffee was to my liking-right temperature-just right to sip. cakes&tarts prices from $4.20-very good value. they have pies, baked bread&rolls etc-everything a bakery would normally stock. indoor & outdoor seating with heating! nice little place.

The first time I visited, this place had great food, so I have gone back several times. Unfortunately, since then my food has been old and dry tasting, and the coffee has tasted either burnt, or as though made in a dirty machine. The staff are reasonably friendly, yet disinterested. I don't think I will be going back, after visiting today and once again receiving a bad coffee and rock hard pizza.

By far one of the best bakery cafes' in Hobart. Freshly baked bread and cakes everyday. Great selection of hot food, turkish pides, great selection of vegetarian foods. Best coffee around. Decor of the cafe is different in a good way. Always busy during the lunch rush which shows its a great place to buy your lunch. Always open it seems. A must if you live or go to Hobart for a visit.

Where to start! Only the BEST mayo I've ever had and can't find anything remotely similar to it in Melbourne :( Turkish pizzas are out of this world. Their cake selection and choice of bread is fantastic. Also I can't get enough of their chai lattes! A wonderful landmark in the heart of North Hobart, may it be open for a long time going forward.

Approximate cost: $8

OMG they have the best mayo in the world. i moved from tassie and this is probably the biggest thing i miss. the rolls are to die for. most of the staff are nice. nice also for afternoon tea etc. a little pricey but the rolls are worth it.

This is a lovely little bakery with many options available for lunch, i often have the salad rolls with the loverly seeded mayo that they have, they have a wide range of drinks and sweet and lots of different types of pies to choose from, one of my favorite places!

Approximate cost: $12.00

Bakery products plus coffee & cake or takeaway. I think always a bit overpriced, and something about the bread products isn't to my taste, but scrummy cakes & desserts.

Great range of hot and cold food, and a fantastic range of sweet desserts.
You can get fresh salad rolls made up.
Some of their products can be rather overpriced.
