Excellent customer service! The ladies here are so helpful and friendly. Pandora has such nice items and a huge variety. It's the perfect place to shop for gifts. They are quite pricey but for the quality of the items and how long they'll last you it's definitely worth it. The charms can be quite affordable for gifts.

I walked in asking for one specific charm and the lady knew what i wanted and showed it to me straight away, also showed me a few things that were similar that I might be interested in as well. Great customer service and will definitely be buying future gifts from there.
