Have visited here 3 or 4 times for presents. The staff members are always professional and friendly, they are quite helpful without being overly proactive (ultimately they will ask what I want and a few questions then show me a range and I have to decide which one I want, as opposed to them making specific product recommendations). Items are always well wrapped and professionally done. Always has most items in stock, represents the Pandora brand well.

The manager was very rude on the few occasions i have visited this small store! My daughter has spent thousands of dollars with this store and they have always treated her very rudely! There seems to be a feud going on with the manager and a co-worker that has been noticed by several people on different occasions!I definitely wouldn't recommend this business to anyone!
