Bought my aniversery present frommhere and new pointer ring and it is gold with silver on it it looks spectacular it was over 1000 but it was worth it the staff were really helpful and kind there are really cheap here if it is something kinda small otherwise a little expensive

I visited the Knox City store today with my Pandora bracelet that I purchased from another store that had a broken clip, I was prepared for a costly repair bill, but I was so surprised with the amazing staff replacing my bracelet free of charge. I'm still in shock hours after leaving the store, didn't think there was customer service any more but there is at Pandora Knox. Thank you so much.

I received a Pandora bracelet for my birthday. I went to the store and the girls serving were fantastic. They spent ages telling me how to look after my bracelet, checking I had been given the right size, and showing me the different types of beads, clips and spacers I could use to design my bracelet.

In summary: Fantastic service, lovely free gift wrapping and beautiful jewellery.
