Having tried a number of centres for our youngest child Georgie, my husband and I came across Sangeeta Nagpal - a lady working for Panda Family Daycare.
At first, we were reluctant as we didn't know much about family daycare. Within a week, we realised that this was the best decision we had ever made.
Sangeeta is exceedingly kind and caring to our son. He LOVES spending time with her and her family whilst we are working and especially enjoys the attention he gets from her own children.
Because my husband works shift work, we were, at one stage paying full time childcare costs to a daycare centre. We didn't even NEED to put Georgie in for five days of care but had to because this is what was demanded of us. Now that we use Panda Family Daycare, we just let Sangeeta know the hours we require two weeks in advance and we only pay FOR WHAT WE USE!!!
