Best food, fantastic service. I had the best birthday. Can't wait to come back again. Loved the Mermaid one, Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast is even better.

This is a spin off of the pancake restaurant group "The Pancake Manor" from Brisbane. First time to try it at a different location, and the experience was just as enjoyable. We both had pancakes and they did not disappoint. The decor is modern, servings are generous, food quality is good and the service is friendly. They are located on a long busy stretch of highway, but they are easy to find and there is off street parking available.
