We went here for Yumcha. The dim sums are authentic Cantonese, very good. The service was good, although we felt pushed to take additional dishes.

Price was reasonable. We got 20% off for settling the bill before 12.30pm.

Highly recommended for Yumcha lunch!

Prawn dumplings were okay, service was fast enough and prices were reasonable. Overall an average venue to eat at. Good but not my fav.

Palace Chinese Restaurant is the best yum Cha place in Sydney, the food is always fresh and the service is impeccable. I had my 30th birthday there 8 years ago and they still always remember me when I visit. Rather than wait for the trolleys, the restaurant will always go out of their way to get you items that you want.

We haven't been to this Yum Cha place in awhile, but were here the other week visiting an old school friend who works nearby. This Yum Cha is located at the Top Level of the Picadilly Centre, just off George Street.

When we arrived it wasn't too busy and were seated straight away. They serve all our usual favourites like prawn and vegetable dumplings, steamed rice noodles with prawns, asian greens, and some different dim sims available as well such as " Chinese Donut" which is like a long oval shaped crunchy but soft inside fried bread roll. Both kids loved this, as it was soft to eat inside.

This Restaurant has a great range of different dim sim to choose from, great atmosphere but the food was abit more expensive then other Yum Cha Restaurants I have been too, but the quality is great and staff were quick in bringing extra forks and drinks with the kids. Will return!

Sounds like you had a good experience. I find yum chas in the city to be too chaotic.

One of the best yum cha places in Sydney and great for a work day lunch. If you pay before 12:30 you get 15% off the bill, so we normally show up at 11:30 when eating here. Great variety of food, and the staff are so obliging with getting certain requests from you from the kitchen directly if you can't see what you're after, which is great if you're pressed for time. The salt and pepper squid is probably the best I've ever had anywhere.

All round the best Yum Cha I've been to in Sydney. Will now make my preferred choice of venue. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was as you'd expect it to be, fresh and very tasty. Weekdays I'd recommend getting there at 12.30 as they start at 11.00 but by 12.30 they have the full range of dishes available.

Went here for the Yum Cha during a Saturday. This was really like most other Yum Cha restaurants. Good variety of food. Good service. Not that busy as I expected. Would recommend if you're looking for a decent Yum Cha restaurant in the city
