I would not. Tried ask agent regarding a house. Nowhere listing said rented! Long term one too since found out. I would not have wasted time effort. Tried sending enquiry a number times, rents, calls. Mostly no response. As buyer not investor I need truth honesty. My late husband thought Real Estate agents last people he wanted deal with. This agent proved his point. Upsetting as assumed house available! Spent weeks waiting. Could not recommend at all. Maybe other agents team better but not willing find out. Overall unimpressed most agents dealt with in Townsville! Plus am cash buyer! With mortgage rates etc going way are my agent here who sold house in 2 weeks cannot understand. I do but will keep trying - house/home for me somewhere Townsville.

I would of preferred being hit by a bus rather then dealing with this agency, it would be less painful. They want your money and will take it anyway they can even though general common sense should win it doesn't.

they were out rental property agents and they are SHOCKING, I would never rent through them nor sell through them, terrible arrogant rude staff. The property management team are very rude, very judgmental and incompetent
