Beware. Do not go here. Just had a crown and the dentist did not use enough local. I nearly hit the roof. I was crying and that still didn’t stop the dentist.

Descrace go in for clean mucked around damage you teeth. Sharp tools dr says can you handle it .Upward motion with pressure in between your tooth. pulls sharp piece out mouth does not let you look at it.. mirror at feet let's you walk out the door. 4 weeks later consult you about it . head office don't help. Always nice Come out chip tooth . Group does not care one bit . 2 way partnership eliminates the dirty work for them. Pacific smiles shellharbour

I was referred here by a friend as they told me it was the best place they had ever been and now I will be recommending it to all my friends who need dental work, I had 7 teeth removed and yes f course after ward it was painful., but the nurse and dentist made me so comfortable and assured me that I would not feel anything and sure enough I didn't, they were great, they didn't start removing teeth until,I was completely numb, fantastic

We have being going to Pacific Smiles Tuggerah since we moved to the Central Coast. They have been so lovely with our 7 year old playing games with her to get her to relax and open her mouth. I highly recommend them especially is you have Private health insurance through Bupa as you get an excellent rebate.

Be very careful with the Dentists at this Practice.

I had an Abscess on my back left tooth, and the Australian lady of Asian-appearance, was a bit unsure of the amount of anasthesia to use. After a number of probs and prods, and telling her of my pain, she eventually used the correct amount of anasthesia and successfully pulled out the tooth. So far, so good.

She assured me my swelling would subside a week later. She did not give me any drugs.

It did not, and I had to go to a GP to get Amoxycillin (Penicillin). She should have given this to me just before I left.

I had a week of pain, which could have been avoided.

I decided to give this dentist a try when they open and was not happy with the service that I got. They did not tell me how much things were going to cost. I would not recommend this dentist. I also did not see why they need a copy of my drivers licence.

We have been going to this Dental surgery as a family since they first opened in Tuggerah. Dr Hajarat is really nice and he has seen my daughter through some serious procedures with a happy outcome on each occasion. All dentists are professional, the dental assistants are lovely and the receptionists are always very helpful. So convenient to be open 7 days a week as school and shift work make standard appointments tricky.

Very handy having a dentist that is open 7 days a week and late on Thursday evenings. Conveniently located on the outside of Westfields it is a clean, modern and professional dental surgery. If you are a member of NIB you are offered a scale and clean every 6mths. You also receive a little goodie bag at the end of your appointment :o)

The dentist i had was a lovely lady who surprisingly wasn't rough and pushy (as i have experienced with numerous other dentists). The great customer care made me feel more at ease. A bonus was the goodie bag at the end (filled with dental products).

I had a urgent dental problem and could not get an appointment anywhere. Pacific Smiles took my telephone number in case of a cancellation. They called me shortly after and gave me an appointment for that evening. The dentist I saw was fantastic. She was not pushy,and did not make me feel bad about my teeth. She made arrangements to start a treatment plan the following week.
